Rainy Lunch Date w/ the Girls

Woah, woah, woah, is this the first post of 2017? And it’s already February 1?? That’s waaaaay too long. Ever since my last blog post, when finals mode kicked in, my busy life has been going non-stop since then, and it still is! I’m completely exhausted- but I’m not complaining! Yes, I’ve been driving from one place to another and hardly spending any time by myself, but mostly because I’ve been given SO many amazing opportunities to fill my schedule with! Whether it be the All-District choir concert, or just hanging out with my girls, I’ve been having a blast doing so many things I love. What I HAVEN’T been doing (and I HAVE been missing so incredibly much) is blogging! What the heck, Katherine?! Not to fear, I’m back and hoping to really keep my blog going, despite the chaos that is everyday life. So to ring in the new year (a little late, but better than never), I’ve decided to start with a fashion post from our girls’ lunch date, with a few added pictures of my friends ’cause they’re just too cute to not include. Long Time, No… Blog?

Woah, there, what’s happened? It’s been like what, two months almost since I’ve been on here? That’s waaaaaay too long. Seriously, I’m so sorry you guys, life’s been getting crazy and honestly I just haven’t even had time to think about blogging. But I’m going to try and make it a personal goal of mine to at least blog some of my favorite quotes or bible verses when short on time, and try to get some more real stuff out as well. But as for this post, how about a little status update on my life to fill all of y’all in?

A Quick Update

Alright, so this July has been CRAZY. Crazy fun, but also just crazy. I’m so sorry I haven’t blogged since the beginning of this month, but not having a solid WiFi connection for 3 weeks will do that to you. But here’s to being back in my hometown and having the time to sit down and just write! And believe me, after my travels and the times I’ve had, there is TONS to write about. To just quickly fill you guys in on my life so far, I’ve decided to make a “quick update” status post.

The Greek Festival: Opa!

Another fun fact about me that I actually left out of my About page and last blog post: on my dad’s side, my entire family is Greek! I’ve been to Greece to visit family before, and can’t wait to go back there again this summer with my classmates! But of course, being Greek means that you not only look a little Greek, but you “act” Greek, dance like a Greek, throw plates like a Greek, and eat Greek. Hey, I’m not complaining.

If you couldn’t tell from the title of this blog post, this post will be mostly covering a little bit more about myself so you guys can get to know me! A bit of this is probably mentioned on my about page, but it feels much more personal sharing it in a dated blog post I guess. Now, because I’m 15 years old I’ll be sharing 15 different fun facts about myself! I’ll be 16 in a few months, but that’s one more fact to come up with so I’m thinking I should do this now for my own sake. Here goes nothing!
